Part 1: Requesting a Free Consultation

Part 2: Planning & Research

Savvy Panda bases their success on the foundation they lay by doing market and industry research to plan and formulate the best game plan for each development project. This step is critical to creating an effective end product that will help your business achieve its goals.

Part 3: Communication

After the planning and research stage, we will sit down with you and lay the ground-work for the project. We feel it is important to all be on the same page in terms of what is expected from each other before we start web design and graphic design.

Once agreed upon, we setup an account for you on our project management portal that we both use to monitor progress of the project. For the entire project we will keep the lines of communication going and work together to gain a successful end product.

Part 4: Design and Development

This is the step where we use our creative thinking to develop the product itself. The web development and graphic design of the project will be strongly based on the research, planning, and ground-work done in steps 2 and 3.

Part 5: Testing and Measuring with Revisions

Once an initial product is finalized, Savvy Panda then conducts market research and usability research for critiquing design, form, and function. After the research is complete, revisions will be made. This step helps make the improvements on web and graphic design to achieve a successful end product.

Part 6: Continue the Success
