With the launch of Joomla 2.5, millions of Joomla 1.5 & 1.0 users are asking the question, “Do I need to upgrade?” This question has been receiving a great deal of debate in the Joomla world and at this point in time you will probably get different answers depending on if your talking to a developer, designer, enthusiast, etc.
